Terms and Conditions


If its a distant sale and you are not satisfied with your furniture flat-pack purchase, you must contact us in writing within 14 "cooling off" working days of delivery to be eligible for a refund, or exchange or credit note, by agreement with Little Elves Company.

We will not accept returns without prior authorisation. Customers should prominently display their sender's address on the shipping labels of boxes containing their orders. All returned items must be shipped at the customer's expense, prepaid in their original cartons, in the same condition as when dispatched to them.

We do not accept returns 'Cash on delivery'

All return delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable.

If any component of the returned product is missing or significantly damaged, this Return Procedure will be breached and we will reject the entire return or may choose to impose charges to rectify this.

We understand that sometimes after you place an order you may have second thoughts and wish to cancel. Little Elves Furniture Co is charged by the credit card companies a processing fee. We fully respect our customers decisions but if you use a credit card, we will reclaim £10.00 or 5%, whichever is the higher to reflect the card charges -loss.


The customer must contact by telephone, fax or email, within 48 hours (not including weekends) of shortages. Notifications of shortages after 48 business hours will NOT be honoured. You are expected to check and note box condition immediately after you receive it. Keep all labelled boxes for reference purposes, or at least take mobile-images of the labels before you contact us about a shortage, or damage to any box.
